Plan Your Ultimate Fishing Adventure

Trust our fishing charter company for your next trip

Embarking on a fishing adventure in New Orleans with The Southern Fly is an experience you’ll cherish. To do so, you’ll need a Louisiana fishing license, specifically a NR/Res 3-day Charter Passenger fishing license, which costs $20 per person and can be conveniently purchased online. We provide fly or spinning gear, fuel, water, and ice, though you’re welcome to bring your own beverages. Our trips are designed with your comfort in mind, ensuring you have everything you need for a successful outing.

To secure your spot, a 50% deposit is required for trips booked more than 30 days in advance, while full payment is necessary for bookings within 30 days. We accept deposits via cash, checks, or credit cards. Should you need to cancel, trips cancelled outside of 30 days are eligible for a refund, while cancellations within 30 days will forfeit the deposit. Weather-related cancellations, determined by Captain Dave Best, can be rebooked. Our goal is to make your fishing trip as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
